Northgate Sixth Form is a friendly, welcoming community and at the heart of that is the welfare of our students. We aim to create an inclusive environment where emotional wellbeing is equally important as academic achievement.
Our mental health can be affected in different ways and the Sixth Form team are always here for you to provide support, advice and guidance.

An app designed to help you cope with anxiety by teaching you how to relax and develop more helpful ways of thinking and identify active steps to help take charge of your anxiety. This app is available on iOS and Android - SAM
